Sunday the 5th of April 2009 we had an agility show in Tarragona.
We had the show in a big hall with a very smooth floor, all nice and shiny. Due to this, especially for the Standard group dogs, the obstacles where flying everywhere when the dogs jumped on them. Especially the A-frame and the table… Because of this I had put one of our anti slip mats from the car under the table to prevent it from sliding.
Tequilla and Bob didn’t have there best day (neither did I). I was to nervous and there where to many people with dogs on the loose.
When I entered with Bob, he went for two dogs who tried to get his attention and he was off to say hello to them. At an other point, there where two big dogs who started to bark at him, result he went off to ser them and started to growl and bark at them, all of his hair up (this took me completely by surprise as Bob is the biggest softy in the world). In the end we finished, but I wasn't too happy.
Tequilla went of with a good start, then she smelt the mat under the table and she thought she needed to check it…. Got her back and we went on.The rest of the track she did fine… we even have our photo in the local paper…
